The tasteful Rivers Hotel in Sluis has been making full use of SpotOn’s marketing possibilities, review management and customer-friendly wifi since March 2019. SpotOn is extremely successful at Rivers in all aspects. From the nearly 12,000 guests reached with a nice informative email, to the more than 70 reviews written on Rivers review sites.

The improvement of the review score on various review sites also contributes to this, with the star of TripAdvisor, where the score has gone from a 4.0 to a beautiful 4.5, using SpotOn. An improvement of 13%, making Tripadvisor the first review site to be found on Google.
