Help, my guests can’t login using Facebook

It’s important that your Facebook page is set to ‘Public’ and doesn’t contain any restrictions. Guests can experience difficulties when using Facebook to login if restrictions are set.

Please check the following on your Facebook page:

1. Go to ‘Settings’
2. Next go to ‘General’
3. Select ‘Anyone (13+)’ at ‘Age restrictions’
4. Check if ‘Page is viewable for anyone’ is selected at ‘Country restrictions’. If it isn’t, please select this option.
5. Click on ‘Save changes’

Lastly, check if there’s any other privacy settings that are not set to ‘Public’. If you see any, please set them to ‘Public’.
